A DISTURBING news coming out of Russia indicates that a Nanny has been charged with CUTTING OFF THE HEAD of the child she was caring for, and then parading down the street - carrying the DECAPITATED HEAD. Here's what we know
. A woman named Gyulchehru Bobokulovu was working as a nanny in Moscow for a well to do family, Ekaterina and Vladimir M. Earlier today, police spotted the nanny outside the "October field" metro station in Moscow - carrying the HEAD of 4 year old girl - Trust - she was supposed to be caring for. Police managed to apprehend the nanny, by tackling her to the ground. When they did that, the child's head FELL OUT OF HER HAND - and started rolling down the street. According to reports, the nanny worked with Trust for almost six months. We're told that there was "nothing suspicious in her behavior". We also learned that four year old Trust was s SPECIAL NEEDS child. She was confined to a wheelchair, and had some cognitive delays.
